RETURN POLICY Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please email us at manzanar.mha@suddenlinkmail.com. We will provide you with information necessary for the return or exchange.
Full refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt).
SALES TAX Inyo County residents will be charged an 8.75% sales tax. All other California residents will be charged the state sales tax of 8.25%. Sales tax will be assessed according to the SHIPPING address, not the BILLING address.
NON-DISCOUNTABLE ITEMS Certain items are not subject to member or other discounts. These include, but are not limited to sale items, and other merchandise which we feel are important to make available for sale, but on which we cannot offer discounts.
AVAILABILITY Because we offer many items that are limited in production by our vendors, our prices and availability are subject to change at any time. We will email you upon receipt of your order if there are any changes.
MEMBERS SAVE 15% Members enjoy a 15% discount on qualified purchases through the Manzanar Store (including on-site locations and through the website, phone, or other mail order opportunities). Type in your membership name and expiration date in the comments section of the order form. Membership discount will be deducted from your order upon verification of membership status.

SHIPPING Most standard deliveries in the U.S. are sent via U.S. Postal Service delivery and made within 14 business days. Rates are based on order amount after applicable discounts are taken and before tax is added.
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S and we do not have RUSH shipping. Please contact us via email or phone if you have special requests. *Please note that CA sales tax is charged on shipping and handling fees.
